RETURN CONDITIONS

    At HOME TURKO , we strive to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction while also protecting our business from malicious and unfair use. Below, you can find all the details regarding our return and refund processes.

    1. Right of Withdrawal (For Distance Sales)

    1. Purchased products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. Products returned under the right of withdrawal:

      • It must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in resalable condition,

      • It must be sent in its original packaging, complete with all its accessories,

      • The invoice must be included in the return package.

      Note: Products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (e.g. personal use products, bathroom products, etc.) may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.

      2. Return Process

      Simply submit your return request to info@hometurko.com or our WhatsApp support line within 14 days of the product delivery date. Once your request is received, you'll receive a response with return shipping information and the process.

      Your return shipment must be sent via the contracted courier company specified by us. Otherwise, the shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.

      ** Note: If your calculated basket amount after the return process falls below 500 TL (the basket amount of the products remaining with the customer); the "Free Shipping for Purchases of 500 TL and Above" campaign will be cancelled and the calculation will be made by deducting the shipping fee from the amount to be refunded.

    3. Refund

    After the returned product reaches us and the necessary checks are carried out:

    • If the product meets the return conditions, the return will be approved and payment will be made within 10 business days using the payment method used for shopping.

    • If the product does not meet the return conditions, the return will be rejected and the product will be sent back to the customer.

    Shipping costs are not refunded for returned products. (This is an exception if the product is defective.)

    4. Defective or Faulty Product

    If your order arrives faulty, defective, or damaged, you must contact us within 2 business days of receiving the product. In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs, and the product will be considered for a one-to-one exchange or refund.

    • The product has been used, washed, worn or used for personal use,

    • Systematic recurring refund requests from the same customer,

    • Behaviors that intentionally damage products,

    • Unauthorized and uninvoiced returns.

    In such cases, no returns or refunds are made, and we reserve the right to take legal action if necessary.
